1. The approved funding amounts for the 2025 NTU Beyond Borders Summer Program have been sent via email to the contact persons of each applying student club.

2. Reimbursement Guidelines:

(1) All participants must complete the following questionnaires before and after their trips:
(A) Pre-Departure Survey (must be completed by all participants before departure): https://reurl.cc/9Dbxyn
(B) Post-Return Survey (must be completed by all participants before reimbursement): https://reurl.cc/mxk7N7
⚠ Reimbursement will not be processed if either survey is not completed as required! ⚠

(2) Reimbursement must be completed within one month after the activity ends, and no later than 5:00 PM, Tuesday, September 30, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted. Please prepare the following documents:
(A) Copies of boarding pass stubs (both departure and return)
(B) Overseas Travel Expense Report (see Attachment 1). Please note that:
- Dates, locations, work summary, and travel purpose must match the approved application
- Living expenses: per diem × number of activity days × USD spot selling rate from Bank of Taiwan (the day before departure)
- Must be signed by the traveler
(C) Domestic/Overseas Travel Application Form for Industry-Academia Cooperation Program Personnel (see Attachment 2). Please note that:
- Application date must be before departure
- Travel purpose, dates, and destination must match the approved activity details
- Must be signed by the traveler
(D) Payment Receipt (see Attachment 3)
(E) Final Report for NTU Beyond Borders Program (see Attachment 4)

(3) To ensure fair and effective use of funding, future grant reviews will take into account of each club’s past reimbursement and claims percentage. Clubs that fail to complete reimbursement after receiving funding may receive a reduced amount in their next application based on execution rate.
